Western Galilee College, in collaboration with Levinsky-Wingate Academic College and ORT Israel, is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 2nd Annual International Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Education.
The conference will be held online on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026, between 15:00–19:00 (Israel Time).
This year’s conference will focus on Integrating Scientific-Applied Knowledge in Teaching and Learning, aiming to bring together researchers, academics, and education experts to exchange insights on transformative educational approaches.

In an era of dynamic and shifting reality, this conference serves as a unique platform for researchers and scholars to share insights, research findings, and scientific-applied knowledge in the fields of teaching, learning, and assessment.
Submission Topics
We invite original research papers and theoretical contributions in the following areas:
- Integrating scientific-applied knowledge in teaching and learning
- GenAI in Education
- Learning Analytics and educational assessment
- Educational entrepreneurship and social impact
- STEM-based innovation in education
- Implementation and development of educational technologies
Publication Opportunities
- Conference Proceedings: All presented works will be published in the Conference Proceedings on the official website.
- Journal of Educational Change: The conference is accompanied by this international journal, which invites participants to submit extended papers for publication.
Submission Instructions & Technical Guidelines
- Language: Submissions are accepted in both English and Hebrew.
- Format: Proposals must be submitted as a Word file (.doc or .docx) to allow word count verification.
- Formatting: Use APA Style (7th ed.). Text should be in 12pt font (e.g., Arial/Times New Roman) with 1.5 line spacing.
- Header Information: The first page must include:
o Submission for the “Call for Papers"
o Title of the abstract/research.
o Full name(s) of the author(s), academic degree, and affiliation.
o Contact email (for multiple authors, provide the lead presenter's email only).
- Word Count: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. References are required but will not be included in the word count.
- Originality: The conference is intended for the presentation of new research that has not been previously published.
- Submission Method: Proposals must be submitted online via the conference website
- Confirmation: An initial confirmation of receipt will be sent within 48 hours of submission.
Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on:
- Innovation: Original ideas advancing educational practice.
- Entrepreneurial Dimension: Creative approaches to problem-solving.
- Scientific Contribution: Advancement of theoretical knowledge and reliance on existing research.

המכללה האקדמית גליל מערבי, בשיתוף עם המרכז האקדמי לוינסקי־וינגייט ועם רשת אורט ישראל, שמחים להזמין לכנס הבינלאומי השני המוקדש לקידום החדשנות והיזמות במערכות החינוך.
המסלול היישומי בכנס מהווה פלטפורמה ייחודית לנשות ואנשי חינוך בחזית העשייה לשיתוף תובנות מהשטח, להצגת יוזמות חינוכיות וליישום ידע מדעי־יישומי בתחומי ההוראה, הלמידה וההערכה.

דגש מיוחד: מעגלי שיח ונטוורקינג
בכנס יתקיימו מושבים ייעודיים של מעגלי שיח ונטוורקינג מדעי־יישומי. מושבים אלו נועדו ליצירת קשרים ושיתופי פעולה בין האקדמיה לקהילה, ולקידום חדשנות מתוך סינרגיה מחקרית ועבודת צוות בשטח.
הנחיות להגשת תקצירים למסלול היישומי
נשות ואנשי שטח, מורות ומורים, מובילות ומובילי חינוך מוזמנים להגיש הצעות לתובנות מעשיות ולפרויקטים בתחומים הבאים (וגם בתחומים נוספים):
- שילוב מעשי של ידע מדעי־יישומי בהוראה ולמידה
- יישומים של בינה מלאכותית בחינוך (GenAI in Education) בכיתה
- יזמות חינוכית בעלת השפעה קהילתית־חברתית
- חדשנות בחינוך מבוססת STEM
- פיתוח והטמעה של טכנולוגיות הוראה במוסדות חינוך
הנחיות טכניות להגשת הצעות
- לציין בכותרת: עבור קול קורא יישומי
- שפת ההגשה: ניתן להגיש את ההצעות בעברית או באנגלית.
- פורמט הקובץ: יש לשלוח את ההצעה כקובץ Word בלבד.
- עיצוב: גופן בגודל12 ברווח של שורה וחצי. יש לפעול לפי כללי הציטוט של APA7.
- פרטים בראש העמוד: יש לציין את כותרת ההצעה, שם המגיש/המגישים, תואר אקדמי, שיוך מוסדי (מקום עבודה/מכללה) וכתובת דוא"ל לחזרה (במקרה של כמה מגישים יש לציין מייל של המגיש הראשי בלבד).
- מגבלת מילים: תקציר של עד 250 מילים )לא כולל רשימת מקורות(.
- מקוריות: יוצגו מחקרים חדשים שלא פורסמו בעבר.

קריטריונים להערכה
1. חדשנות יישומית: רעיונות מקוריים המקדמים את הפרקטיקה החינוכית
2. ממד יזמי: חשיבה יזמית וגישות יצירתיות לפתרון בעיות חינוכיות
3. יישום בשטח: הדגמת הצלחה, בחינת היתכנות ויישום בקרב תלמידים או מורים
4. ביסוס מקצועי: הצגת הקשר שבין הפעילות היישומית לידע הקיים
הזדמנויות פרסום
כלל העבודות שיוצגו בכנס יפורסמו במסגרת Conference Proceedings שיוצג באתר הכנס, במטרה לעודד חשיפה של המחקרים והיוזמות היישומיות.
