The Conference on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises provides a distinguished forum for scholars,
practitioners, and industry experts to exchange cutting-edge research findings, theoretical frameworks,
and practical insights related to SME resilience and adaptability in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

This year's conference theme, "Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises During Dynamic
Reality: Meeting the Challenges of a Changing World," will convene a diverse cohort of
researchers, academics, and industry professionals to examine the multifaceted challenges
facing SMEs in an era of change. The conference will explore innovative strategies for sustainability,
digital transformation, and organizational resilience that enable SMEs to thrive amid economic
volatility, technological disruption, and shifting market demands.

The Western Galilee Academic College was established in 1994 and currently has 4,000 students in all study units. The College sees itself as an academic, cultural, social, economic and educational anchor for the western Galilee region as well as for the region of Northern Israel.
