We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the 2nd Annual International Conference on
Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), scheduled to take place at Western Galilee College on June 19th,
2025. This year’s conference will focus on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises During Dynamic
Reality: Meeting the Challenges of a Changing World aiming to bring together
researchers, academics, and industry experts to explore the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises,
as well as strategies for their sustainability.
About the Conference
The Conference on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises During Dynamic
Reality: Meeting the Challenges of a Changing World provides a unique
platform for scholars and practitioners to share insights, research findings,
and practical experiences related to the resilience and adaptability of SMEs during uncertainty.
We invite submissions that contribute to the understanding of various aspects of SMEs coping mechanisms,
including but not limited to:
Resilience Strategies: Examining how SMEs develop resilience and agility to navigate dynamic and uncertain economic,
technological, and geopolitical changes.
Financial Management: Exploring financial management approaches that help SMEs thrive in evolving markets
and manage financial uncertainty.
Innovation and Adaptation: Investigating how process and marketing innovation help SMEs remain competitive
and responsive to shifting market dynamics.
Government Support and Policies: Analyzing how government policies and support mechanisms evolve to foster
SME growth and stability amid changing economic and regulatory conditions.
Supply Chain Resilience: Assessing how SMEs restructure supply chains to enhance flexibility, mitigate risks,
and leverage global and local opportunities.
Digital Transformation: Understanding how SMEs integrate digital tools to improve efficiency, market reach,
and resilience in a rapidly changing business environment.
SME Owner Well-being: Examining the evolving role of leadership, employee well-being, and organizational
culture in SMEs facing ongoing changes and challenges.
Submission Guidelines
We invite the submission of original research papers, case studies, and practical insights that address the
conference themes. Authors interested in presenting their work at the conference should submit
by April 27th, 2025 using the Conference link http://regye.com/AbstractSMB.
Abstracts (up to 300 words) should include a brief description of the following topics:
* Innovative Aspects - Evaluation of creative and novel approaches that enhance SME
management efficiency and operational effectiveness.
* SME Implications- The operations, strategy, and sustainability of SMEs in a competitive and a rapidly changing market.
* Practical Application - Analysis of implementation feasibility and demonstrated success in real business settings for SMEs.
* Scientific Contribution - Examination of how the work advances theoretical knowledge and builds
on existing research in SME development.
* Potential Impact - Evaluation of the projected influence on both local and global SME ecosystems.
Authors of accepted papers will be notified by May 12th, 2025. For more information,
